Summary:
The Business Operations Manager will provide administrative support to the Operations Division of the company.
This position is responsible for providing a variety of services which relieve a supervisor of administrative details, including completing complex projects and coordinating the daily workflow of the office.
Business Operations Manager is action-driven, strives to meet needs in advance wherever possible, is an excellent communicator, and has immense personal initiative to anticipate requests before they are received.
The Business Operations Manager prepares reports for management review.
Through the use of relational databases and other reporting tools , compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

? Prepare and maintain company documents and reports.
? Make travel arrangements including airline and hotel reservations for employees.
? Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms and prepare meeting agenda.
? Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
? Organize training, client meetings, team meetings and events as needed.
? Provide support for the operations team.
? Coordinate workflow, including managing to-do lists.
? Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.
? Determine the operations issues and resolve them for smooth office operations.
? Manage the calendar of senior managers on a daily basis.
? Provide support in preparing project documents, reports and brochures.
? Coordinate the operations activities involved in the employee recruitment, performance evaluation and termination processes.
? Coordinate with inside staff and outside agencies for daily department operations.
? Data tracking and reporting ? Tracking of purchase orders ? Tracking and reporting of overtime hours ? Taking minutes during Operations Team Meetings ? Monthly Board Report ? Weekly Impact Report ? Data Census Dashboard Weekly Report ? Other job duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:
? Highschool Diploma/GED ? Substance abuse experience preferred.
? Administrative experience required.
? Appropriate State and Federal Clearances
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Knowledge of administrative procedures including planning, budgeting, personnel, data analysis and report preparation.
? Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction.
? Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, professional ethics and team building.
? Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and assumption of responsibilities not delineated in the job description which are related to work being completed.
? Attention to detail ? Be well organized ? Ability to prioritize work- and work-related responsibilities.
? Ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
? Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner ? Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create a safe and healthy relationship with clients served WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT AND ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ? Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time ? Ability to read detailed health records ? Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
? Ability to operate computer and other equipment in the office ? Must have sufficient mobility to move around the office and the community

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
