Program Director

As a(n) Program Director you will:  The Director supervises directly or through others all child placing behavioral health staff and activities. They provide complete oversight of the management of programs and activities in their respected division. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Include but is not limited to the following; Provide leadership to the treatment team and office. Assures files are current and complete. Responsible to see that agency procedures and policies are followed. Responsible for divisional oversight of risk management. Handle complaints from the community, and other agencies as the need arises. Maintain client count as outlined in the budget. (Adjust where necessary to account for discharges, etc.) Responsible to ensure that treatment services are provided in accordance with the client's plan. The director is the individual responsible for the day-to-day functions of the unit; maintaining fiscally sound decisions on spending, identify potential areas of liability and address them. Assist Executive Director and Business Manager in contract compliance and oversight. Provide services that respect each child's and family's cultural background, heritage and identity. Attendance is an essential function of the job. Other job-related duties may be assigned. Master's degree in a human services field. A valid professional license in the field. Must have a valid drivers license, satisfactory criminal background investigation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
